About Us

Michael McMullen,
CEO

Michael founded Gold Property Management in 2014 and saw this as the perfect extension of his professional career of almost 30 years in property management, primarily in the greater Boston market. Prior to founding GPM, Michael held a number of positions in the industry.  From 1992-2002 he was the Director of Maintenance for Boston Realty Works, overseeing a staff that maintained over 2,300 units. At that point he transitioned to Director of Maintenance / Property Manager for Premier Property Solutions, where he worked until 2010, managing a staff of 16 and was responsible for 5,200 units. From 2010-until founding GPM in 2014, Michael was the President of Elite Building Services, which focused on all areas of property improvement and maintenance for properties in the Boston area.  In all of these roles, Michael was responsible for the oversight of many capital construction projects, developing strong vendor relationships and preventative maintenance programs.  He is responsible for and has an in-depth understanding of HUD housing quality standards and DHCD inspection requirements. Michael has thoroughly trained the GPM staff to be proactive in managing units to meet compliance standards through-out the GPM portfolio.

Vikkilyn Gallagher,
CFO

Vikki joined GPM in January 2016.  A graduate of Babson College with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, Vikki has spent her professional career in the retail and real estate arena.  As a Senior Consultant for Gordon Brothers Group LLC she assisted retailers with asset redeployment and capital solutions within merger, acquisition, or strategic downsizing circumstances.  After her time there, she was the Financial Controller for The Ozer Group, a specialty retail consulting and services firm, which assisted retailers with strategic issues related to downsizing, business appraisals and providing capital solutions such as asset-based lending.  During her time at GPM she has set-up internal controls to support the growth of the business, trained the office and accounting staff and been the primary point of contact for many of our investor / owners.  Vikki has received a Tax Credit Specialist certification from NCHM, holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation and is a Notary of the Public.

James Kerrigan,
COO

James Kerrigan is a senior operations and finance leader in the property management industry, with deep experience in condominium management, organizational leadership, financial oversight, and client service. Throughout his career, he has led major capital projects, strengthened internal operations, and improved processes and procedures to deliver clearer reporting, stronger oversight, and better outcomes for owners and boards.
James’s background spans property operations, team leadership, financial management, and strategic planning, giving him a practical ability to align day-to-day execution with long-term organizational goals. Known for his hands-on leadership style and broad operational perspective, he plays a key role in driving efficiency, accountability, and high-quality service across the company.

Alex Fuog,
Accountant

Alex joined Gold Property Management in February 2025. He graduated from the Smith School of Business with a degree in accounting and brings that expertise to his role at GPM. Alex manages day-to-day accounting operations and prepares recurring monthly and quarterly reports for the associations the company serves. Outside of work, Alex enjoys building community through a weekly online gaming group and serving as the Game Master for a Warhammer 40K role-playing campaign. He is known for his collaborative spirit and strives to be as helpful as possible to both colleagues and clients.

Monice Loff,
Senior Property Manager

Monice is a highly accomplished real estate professional with over 20 years of experience. She specializes in real estate management, working exclusively with Trustees and unit owners of HOAs in condominium communities throughout the Merrimack Valley. Monice holds real estate licenses in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and serves as a Notary Public in Massachusetts. Passionate about her work and community, she is proud to call West Newbury, MA, home.

Eric Whelan,
Senior Property Manager

Eric is a seasoned condominium manager with more than 10 years of industry experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Salem State University and earned his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation through CAMICB. Eric is an active member of CAI’s New England Chapter and maintains both a Massachusetts real estate license and a notary public commission. He joined Gold Property Management in March 2026, bringing a strong commitment to professional excellence and client service. Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and their three young children while embracing New England traditions.

Ken Gassé,
Property Manager

Joining Gold in 2024, Ken brings extensive experience in hospitality consulting, with a focus on financial management, operations, project management, and cultivating customer service-oriented cultures. He looks forward to applying his expertise to his portfolio of properties. Describing himself as a recovering athlete, Ken enjoys backpacking, cycling, traveling, and cooking with his wife and three sons.

James Moore,
Property Manager

James graduated from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in May of 2022, where he majored with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing. After graduating, James spent some time in the banking industry before joining GPM in December 2023. James was born and raised in the Merrimack Valley, and in his free time he can be found writing for the Methuen Life Newspaper, hanging out at cars and coffee with friends and volunteering for local youth basketball program Team Summit.

Monica Martinez,
Leasing Manager

Monica is originally a CA native who moved to New England in 2016. She has worked in Property Management for 15+ years and has a bachelor’s degree in Business with emphasis in Marketing from San Diego State University. She joined Gold Property Management’s team in January of 2022 as a Property Manager overseeing condo associations in the Merrimack Valley & surrounding areas. She currently resides in NH with her fiancé Jon and yorkie Fae.

Mike Stevenson
Administrative Assistant

Mike joined Gold Property Management in December 2025 with a strong commitment to building a successful career in property management. He is focused on gaining hands-on experience and expanding his knowledge across all aspects of the field, with a clear interest in growing both professionally and personally within the company. Outside of work, Mike enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors.
