Important

Condominium fees must be paid a minimum of 3 business days prior to the date 6(d) is requested.

Applications for a 6(d) Certificate must be accompanied with a check (for processing) of $150.00 made payable to GOLD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.

Allow five (5) business days for processing after the completed form has been returned to Gold Property Management.

Rush Request of less than 48 hours, the fee is $200.00.

The reprocessing fee is $75.00 payable to Gold Property Management.
